Steam Function

STEAM FUNCTION

Use this function to cook all sorts of vegetables, rice, cereals and meat. It is also

suitable for extracting juice from berries and for simultaneous defrosting and cooking of

vegetables.

• Select the Steam function with the Function selection keys .

• Select the Temperature with Parameter selection keys .

The temperature symbol and display start blinking. If you do not change the

temperature, the Oven operates with the default value of 100ºC.

• Set the temperature with the ‘‘+’’ and ‘‘-‘‘keys .

• Select the Duration with Parameter selection keys (The Duration symbol and display

start blinking).

• Set the duration with the ‘‘+’’ and ‘‘--’’ keys .

• Press the Confirmation key to validate the duration . (The display and symbol stop

blinking).

• Press the Start key , the oven will start to operate.
