Washing is not spun

thoroughly and water

remains visible in the

drum.

The END (ENDE, FIN)

indicator flashes twice.

There is a kink in the outlet

hose.

Straighten the hose.

The maximum pump height

(outlet height 1m from the

washing machine’s installa-

tion surface) has been

exceeded.

Contact Customer Service,

who will be able to provide

an adaptor kit for pump lifts

greater than 1m as a special

accessory.

The drain pump is blocked.

Switch off the machine and

disconnect the mains plug.

Clean the drain pump.

Using a siphon connection:

the siphon is blocked.

Clean the siphon.

The door cannot be

opened when the

washing machine is

switched on.

The indicator lights

START/PAUSE (START/

PAUSE, MARCHE/

PAUSE) and DOOR

(TÜR, PORTE) come on.

Door is locked due to high

water level or high tempera-

ture.

Wait until the wash pro-

gramme has ended, the

DOOR (TÜR, PORTE) light has

gone off and the END (ENDE,

FIN) light has come on.

If the door has to be opened:

Turn the programme knob to

OFF (AUS, ARRET); turn the

programme knob to DRAIN

(PUMPEN, VIDANGE). Press

the START/PAUSE (START/

PAUSE, MARCHE/PAUSE)

button.

After the water has drained,

the door can be opened.
