6. Press the menu key B (4) twice.

7. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), to search an entry in the phone book;

7. Enter the first letter of the name you want to search by pressing the

alphanumerical keys.

8. Press menu key B (4).

9. The first name starting with that letter will be displayed;

1. The handset is in standby (no tone)

2. Press the phone book key  (5).

3. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), to search the wanted entry in the phone

book.

Editing Phone Book Entries

1. The handset is in standby (no tone)

2. Press the menu key B (4)

3. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), until PHONE BOOK is displayed.

4. Press the menu key B (4).

5. SEARCH is displayed.

6. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), until EDIT is displayed.

7. Press the menu key B (4).

8. The first entry in the phone book will be displayed.

9. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), to select the entry you want to modify.

10. Press the menu key B (4).

11. Press the mute/delete key ? (10) to delete character per character and use the

alphanumerical keypad to make the modifications.

12. Press the menu key B (4).

13. Press the mute/delete key B (10) to delete digit per digit and use the

alphanumerical keypad to make the modifications.

14. Press the menu key (4) to confirm and store the modifications.

Deleting Phone Book Entries

15. The handset is in standby (no tone).

16. Press the menu key B (4).

17. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), until PHONE BOOK is displayed.

18. Press the menu key B (4).

19. SEARCH is displayed.

20. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), until DELETE is displayed.

21. Press the menu key B (4).

22. The first entry in the phone book will be displayed.

23. Press the arrow key l (11) or k (3), to select the entry you want to delete.

24. Press the mute/delete key ? (10).

25. DELETE ? is displayed.

26. Press the menu key B (4) to confirm deletion.
